Epic Outburst!

Last night, I was staying at Bandar. Suddenly we were awake by the outburst sound outside my balcony. The bursting and pouring sound was so outrageous and at one moment I thought we were attack by tsunami due to the bombing sound of water. Me and sis jumped up from bed afraid of the sound and take a peek at the window and saw an outburst pouring of huge waterfall from the gigantic tall water tank above. The first outburst of water spilling looks like a huge waterfall then slowly it becomes smaller portion but our area was flooded. Our sandals were being washed to backyard and vases falling and breaking. Dustbins were being washed away to other area and tree branches broke all over the pathway, tiny stones being worn off by the flood. Everything was in a mess. Luckily we live in hillside so the flood decrease quickly but it flow to the neighbor area instead of the main road.

Huge!

Water tank was left spilling gallons of water for hours till morning the water department came to think of a plan to fix it. But the water keep spilling for 10hours and you can imagine how much gallons of water is wasted from that water tank. The tank happened to have small leaks and downpour for small amount of water for the past few weeks but no fix was given yet and last night the great force of water couldn’t handle anymore and it finally burst out its wall and splash out its nature force which make that harder to fix. Seriously it's so scary to live infront of a huge tank!

Zoom in. Wall was burst out into holes. Morning still downpour non stop but not as much as the first waterfall burst like RAIN

A big tree branch in front of our gate and garbages all over after water flood from tank

Water flowing to neighbour's house at the back

My area, all the flower vases drop to the drain and broken floor tiles worn off everywhere

The tree branches hit this van that parked outside when the downpour happened. Its mirror had a little crack

Hope it will never happen again! =(

God Bless Us!
